Order process

Once you’ve read the Terms of Service and Pricing, you can email me your brief at kidkyan@gmail.com

After your brief is submitted I’ll follow up via Email and the communication thereafter will be done via Email only.
If the request is accepted, the payment must either be made in full or a deposit of 50% of the agreed-upon price. The price may be subject to change from the base price listed on the website.
I only accepted payment via PayPal, Stripe, or Zelle only.

The work will only start after the payment is paid in full or the deposit of 50%, and the client will not receive the final delivery of the artwork until I’ve received the total amount of the payment.

Preferred payment method( If Paypal/Zelle please include your email linked to the account)
Your social media account
References of your characters, compositions, additional details about them.
(If it’s a lot of photos you can compiled them into a google doc/drive, please make sure the document is shared to anyone with link)

If you have any question feel free to include it in the email, I’ll do my best to answer them to the best of my ability.

Details

• Final delivery in .PNG format.
• The max size is 4000 x 4000 px / RGB 350 dpi.
• .PSD/.CLIP is provided upon request, with 10 USD extra fee.

Turnaround

• Approximately 7 days~4 months prior to revision. Turnaround time may be affected by the ongoing queue.
• 3 minor revision(s) is allowed.
• +20 USD extra fee for each additional revision request.
  Fees do not apply to revisions caused by the Artist’s negligence.

Communication and Delivery

• Regular updates and revisions are done via Email.
  Usually, reply within 1~2 working days.
• Final files are shared through Google Drive.
